If you are located outside the United States, please note that your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address cross-border data transfers and to process personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices ever change in a way that triggers additional legal obligations, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required notices.

10. Region-Specific Privacy Disclosures

Depending on your location, you may be entitled to additional disclosures or rights under applicable privacy laws.

California

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with certain rights regarding personal information we collect, use, disclose, retain, and share, subject to applicable thresholds, exceptions, and verification requirements. These rights may include the right to request access to certain personal information, request deletion of certain personal information, request correction of inaccurate personal information, and receive information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.

California residents may submit privacy-related requests to support@spearatlas.com. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.

Other U.S. States and International Jurisdictions

Residents of certain U.S. states and other jurisdictions may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Where those laws apply, SpearAtlas will review and respond to qualifying requests as required by law.

Because privacy obligations can vary by jurisdiction and evolve over time, additional region-specific notices or disclosures may be provided where legally required.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them unless required by law.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and authorized business users who are at least 18 years old. The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18 in a manner that requires deletion under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means, as required by law. The updated version will be indicated by the revised effective date.
