Release note
Workspace archive and delivery stay clearly separated
Mission workflow status and storage archive are distinct—completed work stays live until you archive, and share links respect that state.
Commercial delivery needs a clean line between “this job is done for the client” and “this project is archived in storage.” SpearAtlas keeps those ideas separate so operators can close a mission without silently taking a share link offline.
What this means in practice
- Workflow status describes where the mission sits in your delivery process
- Storage archive is an explicit action—completed work stays accessible until you archive it
- Share links respect archive state, so client access stays predictable
The goal is fewer surprises at handoff: clients keep a stable project link while the job is live, and operators keep control over when a workspace truly leaves the active set.
